The écuelle with white interlaced foliate handles enriched in gilding, the powdered ground of the body reserved on each side with elongated oval panels of flowers within gilt scrolling foliage cartouches edged with panels of dot ornament and flowering branches, the domed cover and shaped oval stand similarly decorated, the cover with a green and gilt fruiting branch handle finial, the stand with a circular well centred by a strapwork medallion with gilt husks, gilt dentil rims (minute wear to gilding, stand with very slight sanding)
