Designed as a pendant, set with a pear-shaped rose-cut pink topaz, within a single-cut diamond and pierced openwork surround, to the collet-set diamond link and single-cut pierced openwork plaque, set with an oval-cut pink topaz, suspended from a fancy link chain, mounted in platinum, circa 1910, 19½ ins.
