With respective volumes entitled: Cricket's Cradle; Early Cricket; Old-Time Cricket; Cricket's Prime; More Old Cricket and Cricket in the Weald. The first title has a loosely-inserted letterpress "List of Cricket Publications" by C.H. Richards, advertising both H.P.-T's pamphlets and Ashley-Cooper's reprints. Padwick 837. (6)
