3he first, unsigned, with two meridians, a horizon band with copper strip to the inside face graduated four hours 4-12, 1-8, and a central wire gnomon in the form of an arrow, with painted head and tail, the mounting held aloft by a mythical figure in a loin cloth; the second, unsigned and in brass, with two meridians and a central wire gnomon in the form of an arrow supported by a shaft rising up from a circular base decorated with Roman numerals; the third, a wood Ptolemaic armillary sphere with applied Italianate lithographed paper labels, and a central 1¾ inch terrestrial globe, on a circular stand.
