A scale model of the S.S. Silver Shadow for Silver Sea Cruises
Maritime Replicas; circa 2001
the hull is built up in brass and painted with a blue bottom and white topsides cut with port holes, windows and balconies. The decks are finished in brown, blue and green and detailed with anchors, bollards, winches, anchor davit, main deck structure with bridge and bridge wings, binnacle, main mast with radar array, pools, life boats on davits, funnel painted in Silver Sea livery and other details. Mounted on four brass pedestals on a mahogany base with a plexiglass cover.
8¼ x 24½ in. (21 x 62.2 cm.) cased.
