DOM PERIGNON OENOTHEQUE

Named for the special reserve of wines held at the Cellars of Moët et Chandon in Epernay, this recently disgorged series was personally selected by Richard Geoffroy, Chef de Cave. The long secondary fermentation has accentuated the vintage style and its recent release of many vintages has offered a unique opportunity to trace the Dom Pérignion style over the past decades.

Dom Pérignon, Oenotheque--Vintage 1962
Epernay
"A wine that really benefits from handling, according to the "Oenotèque concept." The shape is round and vintage - typically rich, but the wine is vigorous and orange-sated as usual, with a taste of apricot marmalade. Brilliant!" Richard Juhlin, May 2002
