A CLOISONNE ENAMEL FIVE-PIECE GARNITURE, WUGANG
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
Comprising a rectangular censer raised on four tall dragon supports, with a pair of upright handles and a faceted cover, each facet with a ruyi head surrounded by gilded openwork lotus scroll, all below a Buddhistic lion finial; a pair of pricket candlesticks, and a pair of beaker vases (fanggu); all decorated with archaistic motifs, including taotie masks, dragons, ruyi heads, lotus and foliate scroll
