Fifteen embroidered patches, comprising: five MACO shark emblems, five Military Assault Command Ops shoulder bars, and five rank emblems (two corporal, two sergeant, and one major), all -- used on MACO costumes during the third season of Star Trek: Enterprise, also includes 15 assorted embroidered name badges, including one labeled J. Hayes; accompanied by a MACO rank emblem chart used by costumers on the set of Star Trek: Enterprise (15)

Lot Essay

The symbol of Starfleet's Military Assault Command Ops was the Mako shark, as depicted on the MACO patch. The MACO shoulder bars incorporated a small elongated star symbol, a tie-in to the star on Captain Kirk's original Enterprise arrowhead insignia.
