General Martok's Klingon Uniform
A Klingon officer's uniform comprising: a vest of grey imitation leather with plated shoulder pads, a simulated chainlink vest, a black shirt with black imitation fur sleeves and a pair of grey stretch nylon pants -- originally made for the Star Trek movies, subsequently worn by several actors including J.G. Hertzler as General Martok in multiple episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (4)

Lot Essay

Close examination of the leather jacket and shoulder pieces reveals that they are made of strips of leather, separated by thin strips of suede. This expensive construction technique was only used on Robert Fletcher's original Klingon uniforms made for Star Trek: The Motion Picture.
