etching and aquatint, 1914, on Japon, state Ba (of Bb), signed and titled in pencil, presumably from the edition of 25 (there was also 100 on wove), published for Die Schaffenden (this example lacks the blindsamp), with full margins (deckle at bottom), the palest mat staining, minor surface soiling, soft rubbing in the lower margin, a small brown stain in the right margin and two extremely pale small stains in the lower center margin, two minute foxmarks in the left margin, a couple of handling creases in the lower right corner, a pale glue stain along the reverse of the extreme lower margin edge, stray printing ink on the reverse, otherwise in good conditon, framed
