A boxwood carved cross, portraying on the obverse the Crucifixion, on the reverse the Mother of God and Child flanked by two angels, set in a brass and enamelled mount that bears traces of gilt and enamel in various tones of blue, the mount decorated with coral beads and two turquoise stones, with the Holy Spirit in the realistic form of a sculpted dove on the top
