With swamped barrel with silver fore-sight (rubbed), engraved breech tang, engraved bevelled lock (the upper half of the cock detached), figured walnut half-stock with pineapple chequered grip (worn), brass mounts including butt-plate engraved en suite with the lock, pierced trophy-of-arms side-plate, large fore-end cap, and original wooden ramrod, barrelsmith's mark 'IH', Birmingham proof marks.
