Lot Essay

The vendor, The Who's road manager Tony Haslam, recalls that the filming of ...Rock and Roll Circus was particularly arduous. The Who kept the flagging audience/participants stimulated by their lively performances during rehearsals and their rendition of A Quick One, by general consensus, completely eclipsed The Rolling Stones.
