Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1961 and its subsequent sale on 21 September 1961.

Manufacture of reference 3439 was launched in 1960. To the best of our knowledge, only around 16 examples of this model in yellow gold have appeared in public to date.
