Cal. 9'''9/12 nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the champagne dial with painted Breguet numerals, in circular case with snap on back, all hinged within the 18K gold United States of America Twenty Dollars coin with the head of Lady Liberty to the cover and dated 1884, the bald eagle to the reverse, the hinged cover opened by depressing a concealed thumbpiece in the band, possibly later added pendant, case, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch, set in authentic US Dollar 20 gold coin, in 1954 and its subsequent sale on 11 March 1955. It has never been offered in public before.
