Grandjean: nickel-finished fully jewelled keywound movement, spring detent escapement, chain fusée, bimetallic compensation balance with gold poising screws, blued steel helical hairspring, micrometer regulator, gold cuvette, later silvered regulator-style dial with outer Arabic five minutes indication, central minute hand, four subsidiary dials indicating power reserve, hour dial with Roman numerals and single hour hand, date and large subsidiary seconds, engine-turned hunter case, case numbered, movement signed and numbered; Allix: gilt-finished two-train cylinder keywound movement, gold cuvette, engine-turned silver dial with outer Arabic five minute indication, independent sweep centre seconds, two small dials indicating the two time zones, constant seconds, plain circular case with independent start/stop lever in the band, cuvette signed; Mairet: slim gilt-finished cylinder movement, gold cuvette, possibly later gilt and silvered dial with fan-shaped aperture calibrated for degrees in Réaumur ranging from minus 10 to plus 40, inscribed Froid (cold) and Chaud (hot), small hour and subsidiary seconds dial, plain circular case, cuvette signed
