THE GREAT WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE ADVOCATE, Catt is depicted in a richly toned image, gazing to the side. Catt was the successor to Susan B. Anthony and served two terms as president of the National American Woman Suffrage Association. In 1920 she founded the League of Women Voters.
