BURBANK AND LUTHER in an unusual joint portrait, showing Burbank whispering into Edison's ear. The picture was taken in 1915 in Sacramento, California. Burbank had been designated to welcome the great inventor when he arrived to attend the Pan Pacific Exposition in Sacramento.
