Designed as a Catherine the Great gold 10-Roubles, 1767, with the field of the obverse in red enamel with rose-cut diamond highlights to the rose-cut diamond and pearl surround, circa 1890, 3.6 cm. wide
With maker's mark for Fabergé, workmaster August Holmström (1829-1903)
