2 parts in one volume, 16o (108 x 69 mm). Printer's device on title (headlines cropped). Amsterdam binding by a rival shop of Albert Magnus of the last third of the 17th century: gold-tooled red morocco, floral roll border on sides, the field decorated with open tools of drawer handles and a large variety of small solid tools including a crowned dolphin, flat spine decorated with the same drawer handles and another drawer-handle tool of pointillé ornament, gilt edges (spine ends and corners with small repairs). Provenance: Caspar Jacob Christian Reuvens (1793-1837, professor of Greek, bookplate); Elseghem (Ghent collector, bookplate); Cornelius J. Hauck (bookplate).
