Mark of Cornelis van Baaren, Schoonhoven, 1903 and 1905, also struck with assayer's mark of Johannes Jacobus Neurdenburg
On a lozenge-shaped foot, the domed and canelled centre rising to a tapering stem and vase-shaped socket ensuite, with a three-light detachable upper part with conforming decoration, with detachable lozenge-shaped nozzles, overall with beaded rims, marked on foot, upper part and nozzles
