With two white enamel dials, each signed BAILLY SUC.EUR de WEIBEL/Breveté S.G.D.G./LYON, blued steel hands, the twin barrels movement with anchor escapement, repeat stamp to back plate, directly geared to rear dial with independently set hands, strike on bell
