An early 'American-type' teddy bear
with blonde mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced muzzle, 'slotted-in' ears, swivel head, elongated body, jointed limbs and hump, early 1900s --15in. (38cm.) high (balding to head, general wear, head stitched in place, missing nose stitching, hands covered and feet pads recovered)

Provenance
Childhood bear of Mrs Archer, when donated the bear was 90 years old.
