Well detailed, playing a snare drum, bugle by side, bandsman's pattern sword, regimental collar badges & shoulder strap numerals clearly defined, but wearing a curious trial pattern helmet reminiscent of those tried out by the French army in the early 1900's, on ebonised plinth, 8 in. high (20 cm.)
