The shaped rectangular top decorated with a dense border of lush foliage, dragons, precious objects, animals and figures surrounding a lifting panel depicting a mock battle scene in a courtyard with a scholar and attendants looking on, the reverse inlaid with a chessboard, the well inlaid with a backgammon board, the frieze with conforming decoration and fitted with a drawer, on a baluster standard and three dragon head carved cabriole legs, the underside with illegible paper label
