Of open-back construction, formed as interlocking swirls of old mine-cut and European-cut diamonds set in silver with panels of calibré-cut and channel-set emeralds suspended in between, the diamonds set in silver, the interior centering a diamond within a gold flowerhead, in fitted red velvet box, apparently unmarked
