Rectangular, the pale yellow translucent enamel over a wavy engine-turned ground, inner border with rosettes and laurel swags bound by a ribbon-tie surmount, applied with a laurel-leaf bezel and outer wooden frame, set into the shaped wooden strut, marked on bezel
