The drop-shaped bezel with a beaded wire border, the sheet suspension loop with a single granule at the join, set with the cameo carved with a portrait of a draped woman in profile to the right, her hair rolled back at the sides and tied in a chignon; strung as a pendant on a necklace composed of barrel-shaped banded agate beads interspersed with small modern gold beads; strung with a modern S-hook closure
