Mark of Cornelis Koppenol, Leiden 1771, the second 'knipkoker' mark of J. Busard, The Hague, 1765, the miniature box mark of Willem van Strant, Amsterdam, 1727-1734
Each case, tapering with hinged and clasped covers engraved with a coat-of-arms, one inscribed: Charlie and a crest, the other with a monogram, the box square, plain lift-off cover, marked on bodies
