Two Sawankhalok celadon glazed dishes, 15th century
one with a shaped rim, both carved with foliate motifs -- 11½in. (29.2cm.) diam; a deep bowl decorated to the interior with stiff leaves -- 9in. (22.8cm.) diam; a celadon stem dish, carved to the centre with an open flowerhead, set within a foliate border -- 8in. (20.3cm.) diam; a deep bowl, carved around the exterior with a geometric band -- 6in. (5.2cm.) diam; and a shard of the interior of a dish. (6)
