Lot Essay

Charles Gaudelet was a master of stained glass working in Lille in the latter half of the 19th Century. Whilst his stained glass windows still decorate the churches of Saint-Maurice, Saint-André, and Saint-Etienne in Lille, drawings by him are rare.
