The kidney-shaped top inset with trellis parquetry surmounted by winged caryatids supporting an oval mirror-plate and flanked by 'S'-scroll candelabra branches, the frieze set to the front with a central drawer, the lockplate inscribed SORMANI PARIS/134 Boulevard Haussmann, and flanked to each side by a short drawer, on square-set tapering legs terminating in acanthus paw sabots
