in white porcelain with three gilt handles, rims and a detailed border around the top, and decorated with a gilt Cunard Lion, and inscribed: "The/Joseph - Tibbetts/Trophy/1912" and further: "R.M.S. MAURETANIA/Athletic Club/First Prize/120 Yards Handicap"
