Mr. Gandolfini wore the shirt in "Irregular Around The Margins" (Season 5, Episode 5) during the sequence where Tony discusses his infidelities with Dr. Melfi after nearly having a sexual encounter with Adriana at the Crazy Horse. The shirt is in excellent screen worn condition with original production tag attached and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by James Gandolfini.
