Tibet, late 18th/early 19th century
Standing atop a buffalo with his right leg raised, a skull staff in his right hand and a coiled lasso in his left, wearing bone ornaments and a garland of freshly severed heads, his buffalo face topped by a crown of skulls, accompanied by his consort Chamundi to his left, a deer skin hanging down her back, surrounded by various wrathful deities amid a backdrop of flames, with further retinue deities below
