The square rotating top above a blue-ground capital above an enamelled cap depicting flower bearing putti amidst anthemion scrolls, the central porcelain portion of the tapering-baluster column finely painted with nymphs and putti at play, signed LUGE to two sides, on a blue-ground socle with stiff-leaf and fluted rim above an onyx panelled square base with raised feet
