Enamelled inside and out with foliate scrolls in black, white, turquoise, dark green and light green, on frosted ground, the border chased with a band of chainwork above a band of green tongue motifs and white beads, the interior similarly decorated but the band of tongue motifs are alternately black and turquoise blue and the centre is decorated with a stylised turquoise flower-head with white bead borders, on tucked-in spreading foot
