The first in excavated condition, with single-edged blade tapering to a narrow point, carved wooden hilt, small iron guard, and the tang button on an iron stellate washer; the second with very narrow triangular blade, and iron-mounted hilt of natural staghorn (the blade pitted, disc-guard chipped)
