Comprising a 1796 Undress pattern Heavy Cavalry officer's sword with straight blade etched with trophies, the royal arms and 'G.R' crowned, pierced engraved guard, and original grip (wear and light pitting throughout); an officer's sword of the Cornwall and Devon Artillery, with etched blade incorporating the regimental title and 'V.R' crowned, and with Light Cavalry hilt (patches of light pitting), in its scabbard; a Mameluke-hilted non-regulation undress sword, in its scabbard; an 1895 pattern Royal Engineers officer's sword with R.M.A Sandhurst presentation inscription, with etched blade and the hilt incorporating 'G.R.V' cypher, in its scabbard; a German sabre dated 1859, with iron stirrup-hilt cut with regimental markings matching those on the scabbard (light pitting throughout); a US Artillery pattern short sword (the blade edges sharpened), in its scabbard; and a bayonet of Gras type with Steyr inscription dated 1877 (7)
