The rounded bowl in Ichinotani style of six plates lacquered black, with fluted lacquered brim, a double-fluted vertical sheet rising from the center of the bowl with a silver-lacquered moon continuing onto the bowl, the shikoro of four chain separate pieces each of six black-lacquered iron plates linked with chain mail
