Each on hexafoil base inset with enamel medallions alternating with hardstones within stylised foliage filigreework, the stems with knops each inset with hardstones, the lower part of the chalice and ciborium bowl similarly applied and inlaid with hardstones, the ciborium with domed cover with ball and cross finial, engraved beneath the base with the inscription "REV. P. JOS. JENNER AOG 1878", marked on base, cup and cover and stamped on base Placide Poussielgue-Rusand, 15 rue Cassette, Paris
