Persian and Arabic manuscript on paper, comprising one panel of shikasteh signed to centre within sprinkled gold border - 9 x 5 1/2in (23 x 14cm); a panel of diagonal nasta'liq signed Abbas Nouri and dated 1233AH/1818AD on a gilt floral ground, within blue border, red margins - 9 1/2 x 6 1/2in (24 x 16.5cm); an Ottoman calligraphy panel with 3ll. of bold black thuluth and smaller panels of naskh between, gold rosettes - 10 x 7 1/2in (25.5 x 19cm); and two panels in large nasta'liq dated 1238AH/1823AD (5)
