Rectangular with rounded corners, enameled throughout in translucent pink over a wavy guilloché ground with a chased two-color gold laurel leaf band on each side, the cover applied with a gold-mounted rose-cut diamond-set Cyrillic facsimile signature 'Nikolacha', the inside cover engraved in Cyrillic 'Buziki-Musics', marked inside cover and base
