Original red cloth spine and beige paper-covered boards, top edge dyed red, original photo-illustrated dust-jacket, original green paper-covered card slipcase (dust-jacket with short tears and small chips at the spine ends, slipcase splitting along one edge, tear near the opening and lightly faded and worn near the edges). Provenance: Cepkova (small stamps).
