Title and 10pp. of text. 36 mounted albumen-prints of sketches by Crealock, on 25 leaves, each photograph numbered and inscribed on the mounts in pencil, 7 overpainted in colors, one partially colored. (First and last mount spotted, title and text leaves with vertical crease, the title and first leaf of text with tears at the crease, pp.5-6 torn in half horizontally.) Contemporary red morocco, elaborately tooled in gilt and blind, titled in gilt on upper cover, gilt turn-ins, edges gilt (extremities scuffed); together with an accompanying printed pamphlet of the text only Sketches of the Campaign in India, 1861.
