The inset brown leather top above a central drawer and leather-lined bookrest flanked by two short drawers, the right-hand drawer with a hinged secret drawer to the rear, currently locked and lacking key, on fluted tapering legs terminating in gilt-brass toupie feet, indistinctly stamped 'I.C. F...NE (?)', and bearing a blue-bordered paper label to the underside inscribed '2241/un bureau plat acajou'
