Composed of five leaves, each with a form of Buddha seated on a lotus base over a stepped throne and backed by a multicolored mandorla, attached by a leather band for wearing

It is rare to find a crown with the Five Buddhas, who represent the Five Families of Tantric Buddhism: Vairocana, Akshobhya, Amitabha, Ratnasambhava and Amoghasiddhi.
