A black headed Indian icterus perched on a branch in a black and gilt-japanned frame, indistinctly signed, dated and titled
and a peacock pheasant perched on a peony branch signed 'I Spackman 1757', in a later moulded ebonised and parcel gilt frame with printed paper label MABEL A LEE
