THE FIRST DATED 1691, THE SECOND CIRCA 1700
Comprising a small example moulded with a coat of arms and the date 1691 within an oval medallion, the ground applied with stylised scrolling foliage issuing berries and flowerheads, highlighted in blue glaze and reserved on a manganese ground, the larger example with a broad band of impressed circular flowerheads on a blue ground
The first example 6 1/8 in. (15.6 cm.) high; the second 8¼ in. (21 cm.) high (2)
