With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with gold hour markers in 1953 and its subsequent sale on 18 November 1953.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never been offered at auction before and is only the second example of a reference 565 in pink gold fitted with a calibre 12'''400 movement to appear in public to date.
